Our support packages can be carefully tailored to your exact needs, from Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm right through to covering your daily opening hours – the choice is yours.


Software support includes unlimited online training so you can continue to learn about your EPoS system in bite sized chunks when you need it.


Our help desk is available 24/7 and whatever your requirements we have a solution to match.


If you have a hardware issue we will either repair or replace the faulty part and if you need an engineer you can be covered for their time subject to your maintenance agreement with Reposs.
